Our skincare line leaves your skin feeling soft and revitalized by rehydrating skin cells and removing impurities from your skin. We use all natural skin friendly ingredient without harsh chemical to nourish and pamper the skin. Nirvana Luxurious Pampering Facial This Facial is the best of pampering with skincare. Experience face cleansing, gentle exfoliation, hydrating mask, Serum Mask, resurfacing serum, targeted massage and skin hydration Pre Treatment Before your facial appointment, stop using strong active skincare ingredients like retinoids and exfoliating acids for 48 to 72 hours, avoid waxing or shaving your face, stay well-hydrated, and arrive with a clean face free of heavy makeup. Post Treatment Do not pick or touch your face to prevent irritation and spreading germs. Skip heavy makeup for 24 hours so your pores can stay clear. Avoid the gym, saunas, and hot steam rooms for 24 hours because heavy sweat can clog open pores. Put away harsh active ingredients like retinoids, chemical acids, and physical scrubs for 3 to 5 days and skip other skin treatments like facial waxing or shaving. Recommendation Regular care: 4 to 6 weeks Acne and other skins: View skin detox Contraindication Active viral infections like cold sores (herpes simplex) or warts Bacterial or fungal skin infections like impetigo or conjunctivitis Contagious illnesses including flu or colds Recent use of oral isotretinoin (Accutane) within the past 6 to 12 months Uncontrolled severe medical conditions or high fever Recent chemical peels, laser resurfacing, or microneedling within 30 days Recent facial injectables (Botox or dermal fillers) within 7 to 14 days Active acne flare-ups or severe rosacea Open cuts, abrasions, fresh bruising, or recent sunburn Use of topical prescription retinoids or strong exfoliants in the past 7 days Liability Wavier Our services, treatments, supplements and detox programs are for the sole purpose of relaxation, selfcare and general wellness. Nirvana does not perform physical therapy, diagnose, treat or prescribe medical treatments or pharmaceuticals for any physical illness. Please consult your primary health care provider before booking an appointment with us. Nirvana Health Spa Detox Centre and Natural Health Store/Nirvana Natural Health Clinic shall not be held liable for any health issues that may arise during or after any visit with us.
Cancellation Policy
No refund of any deposit for booking cancelation 18 hours before schedule treatment. If the full amount was paid, you will be charge a cancelation fee of 50% from the treatment total amount for cancelation 18 hours before schedule treatment. Rescheduling of your appointment can be done up to 6 hours before your appointment start time. Same day cancelation or no shows when redeeming your gift certificate will deem your gift certificate no longer valid. Please arrive 15 mins before your scheduled treatment so that your service can start on time. While we would like to accommodate everyone, arriving more than 15 mins late may result in you service time being shorten or the appointment being labeled as no show. Because a spa is a place for relaxation, no small children are allowed unless they are having a service. Animals, smoking and fowl language is also not allowed.
